Notes to the rental rates:
*For Christmas, New Year & Easter the rental is £280 per week.
Full payment is required eight weeks before holiday to ensure availability.
Deposit:
A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your dates, which
will become part of your final payment.
There is a £100 damage deposit, which is refundable if there are no
damages.
